Local Tutor Training Workshops
Partnering with local churches and ministries, L.E.I. Canada will conduct 10 to 12 hour Tutor Training Workshops in either Adult Literacy or English as a Second Language.
These workshops are designed to equip the church to reach their local community by beginning an E.S.L. or Adult Literacy ministry.
As the immediate language needs of the learners are met and a relationship is formed with the teachers, there is opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with L.E.I.'s Bible content curriculum.

International Literacy Training Institute
Each summer, L.E.I. USA hosts the International Literacy Training Institute at it's facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, U.S.A.
This multi-week intensive equips attendees for the development of an English Language (Adult Literacy or E.S.L.) ministry, local language Adult Literacy ministry, and an introduction to Primer Construction (the development of local language curriculum).
Each year church leaders, missionaries and those with a passion to reach the lost come together from around the world, live in community and learn from our experienced instructors and one another. For more information visit: I.L.T.I.
Regional Trainings
Literacy Training Institutes are held in various regions of the world. This enables those who cannot attend the training intstitute in Tulsa to receive more in-depth training. Any upcoming Regional Trainings are listed on the L.E.I. - USA website.
